ENVIRONMENT AND EFFECTIVE PIANO PRACTICE

Create a positive learning environment so that your child will have a comfortable place to practice the piano. The well-maintained piano should be in a comfortable room that is well lit and adequately heated. Ideally, it should be in a room without a television, a room that is quiet but not deserted (some children get lonely if no else is around) so that there are as few distractions as possible. Encourage your child to distinguish between practicing the piano and playing the piano.
